My White Card is a Health, Wellness, and Beauty membership card that comes in a mobile application. It will offer an array of exclusive unlimited services and vouchers from carefully-curated health, wellness and beauty clinics.
It works by creating an account either through our website or by downloading the My White Card application on your mobile phones or tablets. The mobile application is available on Google Play Store and Apple Store.
You can register by entering your email and password. Once registered, you can now explore the application to get to know the best deals included in the availed membership package. Once you have decided to claim a coupon, expect a call from My White Card customer service within 24 hours to schedule your appointment with our partner doctor or clinic. Lastly, enjoy the service you have claimed with your exclusive discount coupon.
My White Card has three (3) types of memberships, Elite, Premium, and Luxury. My White Card membership starts at P149/month for Elite, P349/month, for Premium, and P549/month for Luxury.
Your My White Card membership may be used on any My White Card ready device that is connected to the internet. Coupons may only be used with My White Card Certified Partners in the Philippines.
Our Beauty, Health, and Wellness service providers are carefully-curated partner doctors, clinics, and wellness centers in the Philippines.
Your membership is good for 1 month (30 days). It is automatically renewed after 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase.
You can upgrade your membership anytime you want.
You can cancel your membership anytime you want. Option to cancel your membership can be found in the Profile Section. Once cancelled, subscription will no longer be auto renewed for the next month. You will still have access to your My White Card account as a member until the end of your billing period.
If payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or due to any other circumstances, your membership will automatically be cancelled. You will be logged in as a My White Card “Guest”
Yes. You can update your Payment Method in the Profile section, under Payment Settings.
No. My White Card coupons are strictly non-transferrable.
No. There should be at least a 2-3 day interval between claiming, setting up an appointment and experiencing the service.
No. My White Card claimed coupons are strictly by appointment only.
You can claim up to 20 coupons per day.
Once you have claimed a coupon, schedule an appointment and have undergone the service, the coupon will go back to the Coupons Menu. You can claim said coupon once again. (Not applicable for Single-Use Coupons).
No. You must claim a coupon for you to be eligible for the discounted service.
No. Printed coupons are not acknowledged. You will only need to present your coupon via your phone under the “Claimed Coupons” section.
Yes, you can cancel your claimed coupon. Coupon cancellation can be found in “Claimed Coupon” section. Click the “Remove” button on the said coupon that you want to cancel.
